Yes we provide training initially as part of you onboarding with Work Easy but also throughout your time with us to make help support you to become the best you can be 

Yes we have a thorough onboarding procedure, assuring that we empower you to do the best you can do 

We have a hybrid approach with the recent global implications. We request that you attend our office during your onboarding period. Operational constraints and following performance reviews there is a possibility to work from home. Generally new acquisitions roles are based in the office.

1. One of our talent acquisitions consultants will review your application 

2. They will be in contact regarding your applications 

3. Should you be shortlisted, they will request you complete some online assessments. 

4. If you qualify above the minimum results, they will arrange a video interview

5 Following the Video interview a senior manager will be in contact to run through the role with you
