Ian Kinsey – An ex-pat, of the United Kingdom arrived on the South African shores close to two decades ago on secondment from a large UK-based telecoms company. With a rapid appreciation of the environment and a passion to see the development of people, Ian permanently relocated to South Africa. Ian has spent time working in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. Ian has a vast and in-depth history within BPO’s and has made a sizeable contribution to Job creation within South Africa with successfully migrating work from the UK, the United States, and Australia.

Douglas Kemp – Doug comes from a technical background and has radical in-depth experience in electronic marketing such as SEO, PPC, and Social media. Doug provides lead to ensure a truly unified customer experience, maintaining our brand purpose. Driving creative communications and marketing technologies. Within his portfolio, he also provides steer on all social related campaigns. Originally from Cape town after many years of jumping from City to City where required, Doug has finally returned to his hometown of Cape Town.

Craig Ollerman – Craig leads Work Easy technology services and internal systems areas. Craig has been entrenched within the Information technology sector for a number of decades, originally starting his career as an IT telecommunications engineer.
